Shipping Policy

All AILLEURS/HIGHER pieces are produced specifically for your order.

Orders are prepared by our production partners and shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order enters the final shipping stage.

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on production flow, destination or carrier delays.

 

Return Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
