Return Policy

➤ A/H CORE = Made-to-Order items :
Each piece is made individually and produced on demand.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for wrong size, change of mind or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at contact@ailleurshigher.com.

➤ A/H ASCENSION = In-Hand items :
Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery (items must be unworn and in original condition).
Customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty.
