Return Policy

➤ PRE-ORDER
As these pieces are produced in limited quantities following customer orders, returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues, change of mind or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at contact@ailleurshigher.com.

➤ IN-STOCK
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

➤ A/H REBORN
Due to the unique and second-hand nature of A/H REBORN pieces, minor signs of age, texture variations or imperfections are considered part of the garment’s identity and are not regarded as defects.
